Shipping policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Free Shipping

We are happy to provide all free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD with a delivery destination in Canada. Please note that some items are not eligible for free shipping such as over-sized and over-weight products.

Tracking Numbers

If applicable, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been fulfilled.

Delivery Destination

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the USA and Canada. We also accept orders from international customers, however, we will contact you after you have placed the order

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 8-14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Items Damaged in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at accounting@berrysbait.com

Tax & Duties

All orders shipped within Canada will have tax collected on check out. International orders, including USA, would have tax and duties collected on or before delivery. International customers are responsible of all costs and fees associated according to the local law. Berry's Bait & Tackle is not responsible for any lost in merchandise due to, but not limited to any foreign customs declaration issue. 

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy does not specified a return/refund period, as we go to a great extend to ensure maximum purchase satisfaction. However, it has to be reasonable given the cycle of the product, or its feasibility according to any business operation. We reserve the rights to refuse any refunds/exchanges at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Sales invoice has to be presented at the time of the refund.

Gift cards

Gift cards are not refundable. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Special Order/ Specialized Goods (if applicable)

Such items are custom-made rod/reel, bait, apparel, or gear that we do not normally carry. These merchandises are final sale.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: atten: returns/exchanges, 14651 Westminister Hwy, Richmond B.C V6V 1A4.

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping and associated insurance costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will not be responsible of any lost/damage during the shipping process.
